Whetstone
Whetstone is a forested island region of San Andreas separated from the remaining landmass by a narrow channel. It is home to the small town of Angel Pine and the massive Mount Chiliad, the tallest feature in the entire state of San Andreas. It is somewhat based on Contra Costa County In California, and it's named after Whetstone County, West Virginia, since Whetstone is the home of San Andreas's tallest point, Whetstone County, which not only has West Virginia's tallest point, it also is the only county with one town. Whetstone is the second most poorly populated county in the state, with a population of 113, the only residents lives in Angel Pine.
